There is overwhelming support to preserve the Dartmouth Indians name and symbol within the town of Dartmouth.

The Superintendent and the Tribal Chairwoman have begun positive discussions to keep the name and symbol and establish a formal partnership to enhance the cultural and historic education in our town.
